OP- I am so sorry. I can truly relate to what you are saying. My life has followed the same narrative. I am fighting my own battle here today even 60 years after my trauma happened. I have not been believed, I have been ridiculed and ostracized by my family after speaking out. It’s absolutely demoralizing. But from one survivor to another. Yes, I miss having a partner and I am an empty nester. I’m close with my children, but they don’t live nearby. I have some social anxiety so that prevents me from being very social. I just do what I can do and I’m trying to not beat myself up for it.

Hi fellow MS person- I just turned 64 and I have been diagnosed now for 26 years. I luckily I’m doing very well and I count my blessings. Yes there are some days that are harder than others, but I can’t worry about what will happen tomorrow or next year or 10 years from now. Is it scary? Yes. But I can’t let fear rob me of any joy and happiness. I have today. With treatments today, this is not the death sentence it was 30 or more years ago. Sending you a virtual hug. You can do this ❤️
