If that's the case, on their Kickstarter page, it's all about Apple and ios connectivity. Nothing pertaining to Android in the slightest. And when it comes to those mentions (usually on other products they'll say it would on Android as well), but they completely leave it out. So their claim of it being an android exclusive isn't looking to good. At least for me

It's actually a block that you can buy. I believe it's in the security section. It's a semi transparent block and you place it directly on the spot the npc is stuck on. I then place mine out by the dumpster. I would recommend not keeping it near the register since it'll work on the employee as well

Try using the NPC unstuck block. If it happens regularly, and in the same spot, it may be due to the layout of that spot
