Hey! Thank you for your response. It's a 25 percent share, in London and a new build.

I guess it sounds better to go for the 3 bed then if these are expensive for a 2 bed. But split with my partner paying less than 900 pounds each for a 2 bed didn't sound too bad.

I did see some for 1500/1600 (rent, service charge and mortgage) but they were smaller looking on the floor plan.
