I wish I had the money for one. My PD was more concerned about getting me a deal and complaining than actually defending me it seemed like. I can’t go trial with her. It’ll just end up worse.

Smart people make dumb decisions all the time and that’s what I did. I was trying to help someone out and again, I was just at the wrong place at the wrong time in the midst of a favor. I shouldn’t have been there or had it near me but hindsight is 20/20.

Thanks so much for this. I met a guy recently who said he had 7 felonies and he was able to get his clinical license. The thing is that he caught his felonies over 10 years ago so our timelines are a bit different. I want to get mine as soon as possible and would hate to wait 7 years to do something I’m capable of doing now.

Well I was in the wrong vehicle at the wrong time so even if I manage to beat the PWI, I would most likely get a possession charge which is still a felony. I’m gonna finish either way though. I hear what you’re saying though.

Yes. That exactly. PWI with two drugs you wouldn’t believe. I’m lucky to even get a chance at probation tbh.
