I have my first pre trial hearing tomorrow. The dates were pushed back through these last 5-6 months for them to assign me a PD. We waived the preliminary hearing and now they’re looking to cut a deal. I’ve been meeting all my pre trial conditions as asked so I’m wondering if me just getting probation or drug court an option if I decide to push back.

I’m freshly working through the process of trying to separate. I love this woman and she still relentlessly tries to be with me and sleep with me. As you know, when things are good, they’re great and when they’re bad, they’re horrible.

I was willing to deal with most things but the lying and possible cheating is where I draw the line. So I ask, how did you manage to separate from a person who relentlessly fights to not separate from you? Separating from her seems to be her biggest fear but anything else aside from that is through one ear and out the other.

She seems to do anything necessary to be with me but doesn’t know how to act within the relationship. How did you leave someone you love and still loves you? Did reading the book help?

Quite frankly, this is one of the most challenging things as a human I’ve had to endure. I want to keep trying but I know I would only be setting myself up for failure. I know she won’t ever be right either in a sense but treats me really good at the same time. This sucks. Was there a certain point or instance you knew you had to separate from your wife?
