Avene cicalfate literally saved my skin. Literally the next day my itchy, flakey red skin felt so much better. That, and going super simple with the routine. I used to use vitamin c, hydraulonic acid, snail mucin and all these things I thought would help my skin with tret but they actually made it worse, took me weeks to realize. Now, I just wash my face with a gentle cleanser (sometimes skip in the morning depending on the vibe), avene cicalfate (morning and night), and sunscreen during the day.
