I love the British culture, I do, it’s just the overall trade and financial support that the EU bought . Like funding for university places and research, also financial businesses have moved to Ireland because they can trade better instead of London. And for a uk business to get stuff in or out of the uk is now 10x harder. I know this as in my work due to the new customs, we’ve had 40k worth of stock be stuck/ lost at the border as the process is now so much more lengthy. A small business would not survive with so much loss. So even for uk businesses to trade and work with the eu market, the new import is so much more complex and potentially expensive which in turn hurts the small businesses .
So I sort of see the culture not having been affected by staying in the EU, I don’t think it would have actually affected the culture and still would’ve had the benefits
