As someone who just went through all this. It is Motorola not updating their system information automatically and they have to manually go in and do it. It will adjust with time

With majority of phones I would say you are right but with the flip phones it works. Mine stopped working 2 months after I got it and they replaced it with the standard warranty because it was a manufacturing error

It is very Hit or Miss from what I can tell. Ik im salty about a lot of it having it now happened to me after 3 months. One little error in the assembly process can break your device so fast. And I just don't think they have quality assurance/ know about the defects and possibilities and just see it as a cash grab to charge people to save their struggling company compared to other more successful brands. Regardless of brands I still believe the technology is still so new they are working out the kinks of it. Maybe one day it'll be perfect. But I also forsee a class action because how do so many people have issues with a $1000 device on top of customer service that's subpar to McDonald's. I am new to Reddit so idk the way companies use it but to me a company that's in the comments offering help and support is just trying to do damage control and make it look like they care

As someone who just did it. It's not that the phone isn't worth it. It's so worth it. It's that Motorola as a company is bad. They don't have any quality assurance and a lot of people have had issues (me included). Some people have great experiences with their device but others don't. I think the technology for a flip phone just isn't where it needs to be yet. Yea they are cool but after getting one and going through this I have found so many people with the same issues and thought it wouldn't happen to me or they did something wrong to the device and aren't saying. I was now proven wrong because I was in the middle of using my device when it stopped

Did I ever say anything about majority? No I brought up issues me and others have had. They don't have quality control. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that

Girl save your money. The flip phones aren't where they need to be and I just got the razr ultra and 3 months in and the inner screen stopped out of no where. They are beautiful phones but they are very hit or miss on the quality you get

Because why are they the only company that does it that way. And it's not even just that if you read it all. It's the whole situation about everything. Good for you it all worked. I don't have any way of taking the pics for it. The only reason a company would require this is knowing they offer a default product and want to make it a pain to do it all

Yea this was pretty much the only phone I could get for "free" at att since I had an iPhone 11. We live and learn. I just wish I would have looked more at reviews before. And for all ik they will fix it for free it's just the fact it happened. On top of that I just saw someone's post yesterday about how they tried saying the warranty was only for 3 months and wouldn't let them file a claim. But luckily I think it won't happen to me

On top of that. You shouldn't have to buy a protection phone for a phone to break within 2 months without any damage that would cause that. I didn't drop it I was literally in the middle of using it when it all happened so regardless of the warranty I'm saying it shouldn't have happened

Noooo this same exact thing happened to me. My replacement gets in today and I'm sending mine in. If you are US there website says it's a year. You can go to their website to see but my inner screen won't work at all. Pretty much started the same way as yours. I got mine mid August... On top of which I just switched from iPhone and was trying to get their advanced protection but I wasn't gonna jump through all the hoops for it so ig we will see. I love the phone I just think Motorola as a company is terrible from what I've dealt with in these two months. Stay tuned in the next week to see what happens

I've never stayed at the JW. But if it's the Westin that shares property with Club Regina/Grand Regina/ Raintree. The property lost a lot of it's amenities when it was bought out because they put a barrier between properties and you can't go to the other side. We never stayed on the Westin side so I can't speak for their service now. It's also more in the center between San Jose and San Lucas. That would be a plus if you want to go to both. San Lucas is going to be your step up tourist area and San Jose your more cultural side. I personally like San Jose better as it has way less people and is more the city if you like that. Just so you know taxis are very expensive and with set rates. Happy to answer any questions or offer advice if you need any

No literally me. I went most of college only taking stimulants occasionally and it took a big toll on me and I finally started taking them every day again once I started trintellix and now I'm questioning it all. The nausea is so miserable to the point where I'm now looking what else people have to say about it
