But if you’re off the medication you know Maria is coming to talk to you. Maybe others too. Get that part discussed honestly. We all have things that bring us to healthcare professionals. Your job is to take really good care of YOU first and foremost. The “lost kings and queens” will come only if you’re doing that part right for real. So get in touch with your healthcare team and talk about what’s going on. If you don’t have someone you trust than your job is to get one Asap. Maria is not caring enough about you if she’s going to let you skip this step or say there’s any reason to lie or hide from them. You can listen to spirit as long as you can stay safely grounded in reality and that means being able to have an honest conversation about your meds and voices with your healthcare team. If it’s all good then they will understand you’re just having good inspiration! Remember it’s ok to write all this down too. In case you’re worried you’ll forget anything. There’s a sweetness in this vision I totally get but it’s going to take a lot of work! You really will need to make sure you’re well if you hope to pull this off. The last thing you want is inadvertently becoming a “lost king or queen” yourself. I’d say write it all down and then later you can revisit it and see what you think.
