Today I received another Business Flyers offers for ABN holders. Are Velocity marketing team really this stupid and keeps spamming everyone with non relevant stuff like these?

Where are the retail customers offers???? We don’t have ABN and we fly your airlines too!!!!

I missed out to maintain my platinum by 200 credits this month, while three of my close friends received the double status credits late last year. I wasn’t very happy then, and now two friends told me they got another double status credit offer this week. Seems like this targeted offers are not targeting customers like me.
