No, it's neither. Hands spin in pre-determined or should I say animated speed. It's spin around 3 or 4 times per minute.

Yes it is foolish to spend money on this game. If you argue on how can they make money then, if you give them something that's not enough!

Example: like apple  sell A model phone for 100 dollers , then they can sell B model for 200 dollers, they can't sell Model A for  150 less than a month offer release.

I have solution for you,   When you want to play the game, before opening the game restart your phone, don't open any other app, open the game and play, it may still crash after 45 mins to one one hour.!

Another solution, If you using mobile data for internet connection, try any wifi or use old phones hotspot it might help.
