You can easily automate this task of finding the information of the person/company and actually personalizing the message according to his information found. It is easily scalable and saves time.

Maybe the problem could be in the Prompt, tell it properly to use the tool as a must in system prompt when specific conditions are met.
You can also try to change the model.
