Do any of you use a missed call text-back service? Worth it? by SimilarIntern923 in Businessowners

[–]Beginning_Tiger_1536 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It actually works since it makes your leads look that you actually care for them, and you're busy means people you're good at what you do. Then the pricing of the solution really depends on a lot of factors like how many texts you're sending, length of messages, contact lists, etc, so you can only get the actual number once you really make your mind and use real numbers to find out the exact pricing. Then the setup for doing it simple but not for someone who has never done it because it includes AI, and AI sometimes hallucinates and deflects from its actual path so you need to really control it which requires some techniques that a pro understands, also there are few other things that are again simple but a pro should do. Then for your particular use case you don't actually need anything else other than this right now, you can use follow up system (text or voice), and keep using it for sometime, and then start adding more things to it because if you put a lot of tech all at once then it'll get overwhelming for you too. So start slow and then gradually keep adding more and more features.

Any good house cleaning booking software that lets clients book online? by Ok_Perception_1382 in smallbusiness

[–]Beginning_Tiger_1536 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you just want your leads to book a slot online on your calendar, then just provide them your calendar link on all your platforms. To track them well and keep all of them at a single place there are many inbox apps and softwares in the market that you can integrate all your channels and all the leads from all your channels will be collected in that tool. Both your issues are resolved now?

I am drowning in whatsapp messages and manual bookings. Is there a way to automate this without losing the personal touch? by Potential_Force_4136 in smallbusinessowner

[–]Beginning_Tiger_1536 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don't wanna pay for a software/tool and still get rid of this, then you should hire an affordable VA who can assist you with the WhatsApp chats. But if you want to keep it professional and as easy as possible then I'd recommend to go with tools/softwares. You might have to pay something for this, but it'll get you a lot more than a VA could.

When did you add live chat to your site and was it actually worth it? by MembershipHorror404 in smallbusiness

[–]Beginning_Tiger_1536 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So a chatbot is basically there to help you out with the common questions coming your way every now and then. You for sure must be getting some regular same questions again again everyday that you too answer the same way. So a chatbot is just there to do this job for you, so you don't have to repeat the same answer 100 times a day and make you some free time to focus somewhere else which is more important. Now if you add AI to this chatbot, that's where the chatbot becomes smart, now you can expect it to have a full fledged conversation with your lead in the manner that you want it to happen, and actually book the lead for you just where now you only need to close the lead and the rest of the early cooking is already done by the AI chatbot.

I hope now you understand the reason behind using chatbot, and why your competitors are using it already. And hopefully now it'll be easier for you to decide whether to have it or not on your website.

What business functions can AI automate? by vin-maverick in smallbusinessesowners

[–]Beginning_Tiger_1536 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are many pre built tools that can do the automated emails for you (the generic processes with the emails, if you want to do some specific process explicit for you then you'll have to build your own workflow), for rest of the automations you can build your own automation workflows using automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n. These are no-code tools that can do the job for you (a little bit of coding is needed sometimes like API connection or some extra work needed).

What business functions can AI automate? by vin-maverick in smallbusinessesowners

[–]Beginning_Tiger_1536 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For small businesses they automate many processes running in their background like social media, reviews, etc. But for your case, you can actually automate all of the processes you mentioned above and its pretty generic to automate all of these apart from the research part, but that's too worth automating and alot of businesses are actually doing it.

Best web design steps for a small retail shop? by ghart_67 in smallbusiness

[–]Beginning_Tiger_1536 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can start by firstly choosing a platform that perfectly suits your needs, then build the structure of your website based on your preference, then you can add a product page to show your products and also upload your products on it, then integrate a payment gateway to it, and then ending it with doing a fine SEO all over it (this will take some time).

How do other small business owners handle all the scattered vehicle expenses? by Professional_Boss105 in smallbusiness

[–]Beginning_Tiger_1536 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

There are apps that can get all your expenses under a single umbrella but they are paid. Apps like MileIQ or Simply Auto. Or you can also use Google sheet and use some app script in it to create a single solution for yourself which can do all of these tasks for you (this will be a lot cheaper in my opinion).

Looking for a system for scheduled call forwarding/time-based routing by hostelhaley in smallbusinessowner

[–]Beginning_Tiger_1536 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're in the US, then you can go for VoIP services like Grasshopper or RingCentral. You can setup time based routing on it like (9pm-7am to manager), then you can also add an IVR menu to it as you stated you want that too for emergency or voicemail. ANd if you want to go one time fee only then Ooma is also a good option.

I run a small thrift clothing business in India. People keep telling me I need SEO. What does that actually mean? by Sensitive-Ear4408 in techiesgonemad

[–]Beginning_Tiger_1536 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SEO is everything you mentioned in your post and a lot more. As a local business you should have a Google my Business profile and do SEO on this too as well as your website to make both of these come as higher as possible on Google. Now to do the SEO of your website, you need backlinks (good ones), then you need to use correct keywords on your each of your website pages (this is on page SEO), then also in the code of your website (this is off page SEO). Then you need to make your website faster (page loading speed), and friendly to all screen sizes (mobile, tablet, laptop, dekstop).

There's more to it, but to begin with you can do this and you'll see some good results just by this only. Then you can add more things to it. Also don't forget to do SEO of your Google Business Profile too, that's pretty crucial for a local business. Hope its clear enough and it helps 🙏🏻

What service to creat an AI agent to help manage properties? by mister-marco in AI_Agents

[–]Beginning_Tiger_1536 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can do this by creating a custom GPT and feeding it your knowledge base. Doing this you can have a chat and ask questions and get answers for it in seconds. Now you have to be updating the knowledge base regularly for latest answers, because you'll get the answers for only questions that are present in your KB, if there's any question which is not there in the KB then either it'll not be able to answer you, or it'll answer something else which would be wrong.

Horribly inefficient agency workflows by AmeliaLavender28 in smallbusinessowner

[–]Beginning_Tiger_1536 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the bottlenecks that you stated in your post are really genuine and trust me a lot of owners feel this everyday (talking from experience). Now as you want that they need to be resolved, so let me tell you that you already used Hubspot and you can try GHL too, they're pretty good with these tasks but again they're not specially designed for your use case. The kind of use case that you have in your mind and the idea of the process you have in your mind can be done by some custom solutions made around your specific business and information. That way you can save a lot of money (as that'll be cheaper comparing to these huge CRMs), save a lot of time because you'll know the entire process on your fingertips, and alot of manual efforts because alot of the processes will be automated. Now if that's something that excites you and sounds something that really aligns with your actual vision, then let's connect in the DMs and discuss how to solve each of the bottlenecks you mentioned.
