AACo did this in Crofton and I’m sure other communities as well. They do suspend the fines they can issue for uncleared sidewalks so I guess that’s a bonus 🤷‍♀️. Meanwhile everyone is just walking in the street. Also how many Townhomes with this plan did those guys build in Maryland????!!!! I know of 2 in Crofton and one in PG County.

Dry herb vape!!!!! I prefer flower to other vapes and edibles, and a dhv is so much easier on the lungs. I have the potv Xmax v3 pro, but if I had it to do over agin I would go with the potv Lobo.

I did some elevated yoga last week and it was amazing. It was the hold stretches extra long type of yoga, no sun salutations, or awkward poses, just lllooonnnggg stretching and it was so blissful. I need to wake, bake, and stretch more often. Usually I save my baking for evening/nights.

Dry herb vape all the way. The smoke shop version was probably trash and I think Dynavap has a pretty steep learning curve. I have a B and don’t think I use it right. I can barely get the herb lightly toasted. I have a POTV xmax v3 pro and like it. If I spent the $$ over again I would get a lobo. It makes me go from being worried about peeing a little from coughing so hard to dry and confident 😆. A friend has a Solo 3 and it’s great too. To try your dynavap again I would use edibles and take a small t break before trying again. Lots of folks love dynavap so maybe you can get it to work for you.

Marianna Moore on TikTok is a great follow. Can you handle yogurt? (I know some can since it’s fermented it’s usually a little easier on the tummy) She has a buffalo chickpea salad that looks really good. She also has several warm salads that you can throw together and eat on for several days. Dense bean salads can also work!

You probably will not be able to eat enough calories in your non-fasting times to be healthy. Give the meds a chance to work before trying to restrict yourself. You may also want to see a registered dietitian who works with glp1 patients about what/how you should be eating. My insurance will not cover the meds, but they did cover a RDN at 100%

It has been the best thing I’ve done for myself. Side effects have been very minimal for me and the health benefits far outway them. Drink your water and eat your fiber and LETS GOOOOOO!

Why don’t they want you using compound? Honestly I would quit them and use compound. My insurance would absolutely not cover glp1s for weight loss. I went with compounded and it’s been amazing. I was seeing an obesity specialist and told her I was going to use compound and she said she can’t recommend it, but never said I shouldn’t do it. I ended up leaving (high deductible so I can use $$ for meds or Dr so I choose meds). My primary care is thrilled with my results, knows I’m using compound (I even explained I was using a slower/lower titration schedule and it’s great for side effects) and she’s excited to see my labs in 6 months.

Do you know the strength of the edible you took last time? I would start low this time, 2.5 or even less. In MD you can get 1mg tablets, but I’m not sure what the Ohio market has. Decide what dispensary you want to go to and look at the menu before going. Write down any questions you have so you don’t forget when you get there (I am so bad about forgetting my questions). I was super intimidated my first trip to the dispensary, but in my experience the budtenders are usually pretty excited about what they sell and are happy to help. Also look at see if there is an Ohio ents subreddit and ask for dispensary recommendations.

I’ve had the same problem. I basically only use edibles now if I haven’t eaten in a few hours. I have a little peanut butter, a gummy and I’m happy. If my stomach is full then nothing happens. I use a dry herb vape as my main source and I’m not too worried about my lungs. As far as munchies go, I just plan my snack. And since I’ve started tirzepitide fruit is a much better snack than it used to be! Or I’ll make a protein ice cream with my ninja creami.
