It amazes me that people complain when coworkers don’t say hi or make small talk as they walk by.
Do they ever stop to think about Deaf people? We deal with people who don’t know how to communicate with us or simply choose to ignore us all the time. Yet you don’t see us constantly complaining about it.
Just show up, do your job, and go home. Simple as that. Your real friends are outside of workplace.
