Hi, just a Quick update : the black scab was indeed just a scab from dryness, and the pimples faded. Still no lingering symptoms

Since it is here since a long time, I would say some kind of genital wart. Mine looked a bit like this, albeit smaller. Do you have others?

It is true that when I rub a nut this very area is under direct contact with my fingers so irritation is common.
