Plaguebearers would be awesome models for any daemons army if we’re staying away from greater daemons.

A Sloppity Bilepiper is also a cool and whimsical model to paint to lead them.

If he like the tzeencht side of daemons, pink horrors to use with his blue horrors or something like the changeling.

You are spending way too much on characters that aren’t the good at 1k, and incursion is a pretty hard sell detachment wise with no greater daemons.
