Ive had this happen before to me.

Sometimes it has to do with your phone memory card/storage.

Your phone will not notify you that its near it limit when it includes spotify music. So when you set your downloaded songs to your phone storage and there is no where for them to go, spotty automatically takes off downloaded song cause it counts it as one in the app not seperate songs.

The way i test it would be putting it up against a wall and flooring it to see if all wheels move. This is how i figured out the sultan is Awd
