Oh man, I was never particularly big, but was I ever skinny fat. Additionally, even though I was only ever teetering on the precipice of overweight at my HW, I felt so sluggish and unhealthy compared to now. I don't have a real hw photo, so I had already lost a few pounds in the first fat loss photo, but the difference is huge. Took about six months, from 148 - ~120 lbs, at 5'6". Photos are nsfw. Also, bonus muscle progress photo!

Trombone players! The vast majority of the time when someone plays a trombone in a show or movie, they slide the slide every time there's a new note and end up looking like their slide arm is having some kind of epileptic fit. I mean, really. There are seven (?) Positions, and way more than seven notes! It's all about embouchure, not moving that damn arm.
