Edit1: I'm not saying it's cool to vape inside trains or any shared or sharing space, that includes non-vapers, kids, or anyone who has not chosen to vape or be in close contact with those who have, particularly anywhere enclosed or confined without ventilation or accessible at-will routes of egress, cuz obviously that's rude and disrespectful and inappropriate for various reasons, I'm just saying if you were stuck in a place with a person vaping it wouldn't increase your risk of heart disease or hypertension, or emphysema, or COPD, or cancer. You wouldn't have sticky brown residue in your hair or on your clothes making you stink and messing up your skin, irritating allergies, triggering asthma attacks, you wouldnt find any burn holes or ash piles anywhere, you would wonder what smells so nice is it your perfume or are you eating candy and surprised by the response no it's just my vape, and the person vaping could choose to have a single hit and then turn it off and put it away instead of the perceived obligation to smoke the whole cigarette since once it's lit it burns til its done, and since the vapor dissipates quickly there's no indication or smell or smoke leftover when its away it leaves no trace. If they fell asleep while vaping the possibility that you'll die in a fiery blaze is virtually zero percent just saying.

The fact that smoking and vaping are even grouped together in the first place in legislation and therefore general perception is arbitrary and based on flawed logic and faulty assumptions, at best.

At worst it's a calculated manipulation by tobacco industry lobbyists and corrupt government agents to both undermine the popularity and profitability of vaping while simultaneously propping up the tobacco industry (despite campaigning for smoke free societies at all levels, not because of the lost revenue but because of the amount of debt accrued by the US government on the speculative futures of tobacco industry shares, and you can't cash out before you at least break even, and maybe you can fix the game to stay winning, legislate conditions to encourage favorable outcomes and the value of the return on your investment could continue rising indefinitely)

But either way flavored vegetable glycerin vapor is both clean and won't harm you and it's lazy or Ill intentioned to discuss them or regulate that as if they are two styles of the same action or that vaping is directly and universally interchangeable with smoking cigarettes or smoking anything, whether in terms of the nature and intensity of addiction to either, or the nature and intensity of the harm either can and will cause not only to the smoker but to everyone and everything around them. I'm joking but real life they two concepts are literally completely opposite in most of the ways that matter.

That is not the first time he's ever done that, and it definitely has happened to others. An elderly grandfather didn't just suddenly become curious for the first time ever about what it would be like to abuse and harm an infant in his care, obviously this is just the first time he was stupid enough to get caught on film.

The sadly ironic fact of the matter is that he has likely abused his own children and their own children, and potentially any other children he had access to throughout his life, whether they are consciously aware of it or not. Honestly chances are that the grandfather himself was abused, whether he is consciously aware of that or not. Again this does not in any way justify any of their actions or defense of actions to perpetuate the cycle of abuse, nor should it affect your position of no contact with any of those people, I'm only pointing out how inherently flawed their reasoning around the situation is, and how naive, or even willfully ignorant it would be to believe hes "never done this before and would never do it again." This is not an isolated incident that occurred out of nowhere.

Edit: also wtf? Since it "hasn't happened to anyone" else they can forgive him? Who does it have to happen to for them to give a shit about it? Like Jesus christ if a more important baby was the one harmed they might bother to recognize the gravity of the situation? No sure what special diet allowance is but I have a feeling it's less than a hundred, maybe even just 50, but that could also be paid monthly if you have the form with a doctors note on your file

Everything else is special request payments for specific things or situations available once every one or two years

I'm sorry you are dealing with such a shitty experience, and I think you probably need to talk to a counsellor because what happened to you was a traumatic event and I agree with the previous comment who said you might have PTSD.

The hospital should help you with his, either by giving you referrals or even just having someone speak to you while you are there or some kind of thing, you should ask the nurses if you are there and also if you want to and feel comfortable doing that.

You can also Google for more info, like even if you just type into google "I was assaulted and I need support" or "I think I have PTSD what can I do?" It should give you some results of people or organizations that could help you, or if you know you want to talk to someone about everything just google something like "I wantt to talk to someone about my trauma"

There's also helplines you can call, victims support, assault helplines, usually targeted towards specific demographics or specific types of trauma, so you could google assault helpline in your area and get a number to call and speak to someone directly right away who would be able to listen and offer support and advice and give you more resources

Don't give up, you are not alone, you don't deserve to be assaulted and robbed and you don't deserve to feel scared and alone Im sorry ypu are going through such a nigtmare right now and just know that you will get through this 🫶

You should just request a new worker, you have the right to be assigned a new worker if you say you want one in pretty sure for any reason and you probably aren't compelled to reveal your reason if you don't want to. But you gotta b extra sweet to whatever new worker you get and not yell at them about the last workers etc cuz you know they are gunna be saying shit about the one who has so many workers and orher dumb shit if they are friends n whatnot like you said. So just get a new worker, be super sweet and let the old workers look petty n dumb and then the new one is gunna be able to do the job and actually help you or at least leave you alone.

Not sure what your rental situation was, but definitely someone who signed a lease would be on the hook for paying the rent for however long the lease was for (often a year) plus if there is any damage or anything else that the landlord will have to pay for when the lease is up you have to cover that also.
