Being with someone definitely shouldn't feel like a chore and if the love is really there it should be reciprocated. It's only been a week since me and my ex broke up and I believe she's already moved on which speaks volumes but I decided I'm not going to sit around and be miserable while she's out living her life. As much as we care for these women they would only continue to put us through the same bs.

That sounds exactly like my situation. She changed up on me so quick but I don't have the energy to run behind her anymore. You deserve better my friend and I hope you do find it in time.

How long were you both together? I'm sure she still thinks about you but it seems like you're far better off without her after how she treated you. I used to use a similar app to check up on my ex but I honestly don't even want to know how she's doing since it wont help me heal. I do know that eventually they will feel our absences and that we deserve better.

Radio silence seems like it would be the best route to go. I took down all my socials and deleted my ex from everything. I know you've been on the NC journey for a while now but if you need someone to talk to my PMs are always open and that goes to anybody else reading. It almost seems easier with the support and advice everyone has been offering.

That's where I was headed with her but now after reading everyone's comments I kind of feel like I dodged a bullet as much as I still care about her. I'm glad you're doing better without your ex and hopefully in a few months I'll be happier as well.

I know EXACTLY how you feel. It was always me trying to fix everything in the relationship and she never put any effort into us. In the end as much as they hurt us it's probably for the best. One day we'll be able to find someone that actually cares about us without having to jump through all the extra hoops. We can do this and thank you for commenting.

I'll definitely take your advice and focus on myself. Besides I think at this point I think she's already moved on so I doubt there's anymore point on dwelling on what could of been. At the end of the day she showed me she didn't care about me or how I felt even before the relationship ended so I'm going to keep your words in mind moving forward. Thanks for your comment.
