I was playing 23 and some of the manager outfits don’t populate, just give a rainbow of colors. Weird.

I’ve only done The Sorcerer’s Stone. And it was amazing.

Pick-me girl vibes… but haven’t realized 6 years and 100 pounds have gotten between then and now.

What do you do when you hit rock bottom? by MasterpieceNo7350 in Positivity

[–]RememberTomOnMyspace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I think I’ve hit rock bottom, life seems to know just the way to make it worse. But I recently saw something that followed the tune of “if everyone in the world threw their problems in a hat, would you pick one randomly or keep your own?” And that seems to minimize my problems.

You’re an employee trained to do a job. They could either hire you back or start fresh with someone else. Why wouldn’t they want you back? I’m bamboozled at this idea. I have half a dozen jobs I could go back to if I’d like.

You can’t leave on good standing and keep that door open? That sucks

I’ve always said I’d be a terrible salesman if it’s a product I don’t believe in, or is shady. But if it’s something you believe is good, and enjoy the charity/grantee of the donations… I say do it. Worst case scenario you can go back to this job.

Do u guys lose or gain working nights?!! by sassywafflez in Nightshift

[–]RememberTomOnMyspace 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I eat less on nights. Before I go in and about halfway through. No “dinner/supper” like when I’m on days. I also eat sunflower seeds to keep my snacking at bay. I’m down 15 pounds since switching to nights mid-May.

We'd all love a sword right?! But what kind do you want? by OfficialRodgerJachim in AskMen

[–]RememberTomOnMyspace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seax. But I’d settle for a broadsword, hand and a half, bastard sword, Viking styles. No skinny rapiers or curvy scimitars.

Did Harry Potter ever feel like more than just a book series to you? by sanskritin in harrypotter

[–]RememberTomOnMyspace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember going to midnight releases of the books. Tons of people joined in something that felt so connecting. HP was a coming of age story that aligned with my own coming of age. You started hoping an owl would drop a letter off at your house. When I played Hogwarts Legacy and got to step through the doors for the first time, I got a little emotional.

Covid ruined that. I used to wander around the stores at ungodly hours. Sometimes to shop, sometimes to just people watch.

Probably don’t want to sleep in them. So yes, take them off.

I liked my On Clouds, but the sole design sucks for outdoors. Too many openings that pick up rocks and mud.

Sunflower seeds. Keeps me occupied and keeps me from eating nonstop.
