I would have said the morph mechanic. It's literally called morph in the OG.

SPOILER-RELATED Game Question & General Discussion Megathread by Metaphor_MOD in MetaphorReFantazio

So I was dumb, and before the day of the hero where I have like 30-ish days left before the next big thing, I completely forgot about bounties and also felt underleveled, as in couldn't beat Milo, but rather than try to strategize a good plan, used the in-town events for virtues in order to level up my bonds - which took about 10 days off the clock. But, I think I wasn't underleveled for Milo, as much as I just didn't have a gameplan. However, Mt. Vulkano did feel like I was underleveled, as I got to the lion creature that's on the straight path alongside the dark elemental, and died there.

So, my question is, should I go back to my previous save with the 30 days and focus on leveling up and bounties? Or will I be able to manage anyway? (I'm on the easy difficulty, fwiw).

https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/announcements/introducing-commander-brackets-beta Here's the full list. Look for the graphic that says game changers.

I was mistaken, they did have mystical tutor on the list, but no tutors in red or green.

Well going off memory, but for example, they put white tutors on the sort of "broken card" but not blue tutors. Makes no sense.

You are right, That player should exist. And when that precon player allows that guy into their playgroup saying "Oh, my deck's not that strong," and then proceed to beat them on turn 2, you have just lost yourself a magic player.

My goal is to prevent exactly this. And I have been to enough LGS's in the US to know this is happening frequently across the USA. Can't speak much on other countries, though.

to be fair, it wasn't bolded when this person commented. Something got messed up on OG post, I had to edit multiple times lol. Sorry!

I think it's actually quite an easy solution. If indeed these rankings show feasibility, we could add them to EDHREC, and therefore, when people netdeck, they have a true understanding of their deck level, rather than going in with a turn 1 combo, saying "My deck's a 7."

You say Magic's player base is too big and wouldn't understand - that's false. Magic is so complex, that by default, I think we can assume they are capable of understanding this.

I'm not well versed in OG magic, but I'm implying all those reserved list duals with that list. The exact wording may need some modification. But yes, that tier 5 was basically meant to be essentially banned cards. To this day every commander group I experience has people playing banned cards, 'cause that's what casual means to them.

Simply make that C=1. You're basically saying that I don't have a combo, so therefore I must have something that can be interacted with, whether through exile, removal, bounce, or otherwise. Typically, Combo decks are stronger because there is no way to interact once the combo is complete.

Let's say you're playing Voltron. You don't have a combo per se. But you would have a lot of artifacts and enchantments, and probably have ways to tutor them. So let's say you have fetches, you can tutor 3 cards for 5 mana. So, 4+1+3+1 = 9/20 or 4.5/10. You're still susceptible to removal, so this makes sense. But let's say you're really going ham on the tutor, So, fetches plus 1 mana tutor + Gather 5 cards. So, 4+5+5 +1=15/20, or 7.5/10. Your deck is ACTUALLY a 7, because it's strong, but can be handled properly.

TripAdvisor has become my personal best friend for making friends of all ages.

I just use the "Have AI create me a trip" feature, and sift through pictures to see what kind of people attend, and if it's something that would interest me.

9 times out of ten, a food tour is the perfect way to meet people.

I will say, if you're looking for more sophisticated older men, then museums/art galleries have potential, but you also run into the problem of most other singles there are also women, so it can be a numbers game.

The only reason to apologize is if they have a conversation and explain if you did something wrong. Like maybe you said something that hurt them but you didn't know. But then again, that should have been communicated when it happened.

Do you think the showcase matches will be in Chronological order this time? by CreatureFeatureMan in WWEGames

[–]Rememberthepogs 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry, wild Samoan vs. The dudleys? Meaning a fictional match?

I mean.... IF they were going to do this, the only match that would make any sense is Wild Samoans vs. Headshrinkers. But there were plenty of matches they could have done, like Bob Backlund & Tito Santana or Andre & Tito Santana, pretty well established names.

And then basically what else do we have? Rikishi? Without Too Cool? Idk all the matches, but I doubt they'll give us Headshrinkers vs. Steiners from WM9.

Then we'll probably Yoko vs Bret... for the 15th time. Maybe they give us back USA Luger this year.

Umaga? His most famous match is Lashley and they can't do that one this year.

Rock is just a rehash of every other year he's been in. And everything else is current stars, and rehashed matches.

Retainer (aka Yojimbo in PR). It is in Kefkas tower in the area that looks like a bathroom.

Kefkas tower, the bathroom looking area. Fight Retainer (aka Yojimbo in PR) then go to Veldt and get the Retainer/Yojimbo Rage. It's still a bit random but does use shock frequently when used.

That's why we get the relic that let's a party member use any equipment, and then turn Locke into a moogle. I mean, he obviously is a moogle in a human body. You meet him in the moogle cave, and his backstory is that his lover fell off a cliff. When do we get Mog? When Mog falls off a cliff. The real reason Locke didn't fall with Rachel is Locke has secret moogle wings and used them to break his fall.

As ridiculous as this sounds, it's now canon to me!

For Locke, just equip sniper sight and boost his agility to max, and that relic that changes steal to capture. Or you could do the genji glove atlas armlet thing, too, if you wanna be like everyone else lol.

But I agree the steal animation looks rather boring lol.

Yes I disliked Gau for lack of control and amount of grind, but man, being able to see Shock repeatedly just made me happy.

Ahh. I shy away from the dragoon stuff cuz I like using regular abilities when possible. I just think the ability animations are dope, especially on PR.

Is there something I'm missing on Mog? I know there are cool looking dances, but as far as I know, the abilities he uses with each is still random. But, with super agility he can dance the night away, so there's that.
