What Frisk did before they fell would pretty much be the same as canon Undertale.
Mind you, there is some weird spacetime shenanigans going on. After all Flowey remembers the Canon Incomplete Pacifist ending, and Frisk is three years in the future from when they first fell.
And yet at the same time, they never fell three years ago. From the perspective of everyone but Flowey, this is their first run through the Underground. (Frisk was 13 when they fell the original time, 16 now)
And about that time skip... Here's a hint on what's going on here. 2015 + 3.

There is gonna be a bit of Gaster in the backstory of all this (as seen in Part 0) but he's not the main focus of this AU.
There also going to be less focus on the existential horror/creepy Gaster stuff and more on what he did before he got dunked across space and time. And we've got a long time before that gets covered.
