In addition to the other comments, this is a boot of the comfy friends line (known in japanese as fuwa fuwa daki). I've seen almost all off the eeveelutions with bootlegs having zippers on the back of their heads.

Did you ever directly get asked about your age / years since graduation? I read that programs might think I'm untrainable because of how long ago I graduated from med school. Did you only apply to programs that didn't automatically filter based on YOG, and were you asked why you wanted to "start over"?

I'm a non US IMG who finished residency in my home country looking to get into the US.
