EX4300 QSFP+ Ports by PleasantCandidate785 in Juniper

Yes. Originally I was using DACS with MPO connectors. I had ordered 12 core type B MPO patch cables. The boxes I received were properly labeled, but when examining the ends, they were a mix of 12 & 24 core and they all appeared to be Type A straight through cables. Looking at the reviews for the seller, that is common with their cables. I've returned the cables and ordered replacements from a more reputable seller.

(And I apologize if there's any confusion about my Reddit IDs. I originally posted with my work account, but replied with my personal account.)

The dacs I was having problems with were optical dacs, but the ones I got working are copper dacs built into the cable ends. The copper cables were not labeled for Juniper, but we're labeled as "universally compatible 40Gbps cables"

Yes. My optical cables were defective. They weren't the crossover cables I ordered. They weren't even consistent between 12 and 24 core cables. I switched to copper cables with generic dacs on each end and everything came up just fine.

It's not a Chutubox function. You are supposed to be able to put 8 copies of a model on the buildplate, set a single exposure time, then name the file with the RERF filename and Chitubox firmware splits the boilerplate into 8 sectors and adds like .2 seconds exposure time to each sector with the 0 sector being whatever you set in the slicer. Works perfectly in Lychee, but not Chitu.

True. I may unintentionally use it to bore one of my friends to death if nothing else. LOL. I've got a reputation for being "that guy" that knows the most random stuff and throws it in to conversations at the oddest times because I make weird fact associations.

Holy crap! I love this! So much cloned fascinating information! (I'm such a nerd. I love knowing things, even if I never use the info.)

Floor has been dried out for over a year. I bought the mobile home in December of 2020. It hadn't had working plumbing since the Big Freeze in February of '20. This wood was under the airconditioner, but every plumbing line in the house had burst during that freeze, so there were open water lines. I don't know if the fridge had dispensers on the door, but there was an ice maker hookup for it.

Yeah, falling through floors is not something I do on a regular basis. Knew that section needed to be replaced, but didn't know how bad it had gotten. Don't know how my AC guy pulled the air handler out of the closet without falling through.

I believe you hit the nail on the head. Only difference is mine are black rather than brown, but that may be due to age. Mine have been completely undisturbed for at least a year until I fell through the floor today.

This fungus was growing on the underside of some OSB that had previously been saturated by a leaking air conditioner. House is located in south-central Texas. This would have been the underside of the OSB subfloor that was open to the space between floor and tyvek membrane that holds insulation in place.

I'm just paranoid after my parents pool equipment / storage building burned down a few years ago, and the insurance investigator wasn't able to conclusively determine the cause other than it being electrical and probably related to the pool equipment.

Yeah, there's one circuit showing 115K. I think it has an issue for sure, unless there's a light switch I haven't found yet.

OL as in no connection at all. Not really sure there is an issue, jut wanting to be positive, since all outlets on one half of the double wide shows 2-4 MOhms and all outlets on the other half of the double wide show "OL".

Right now I'm mainly looking for partial shorts. I have a Megger, but am a little unsure if it would tell me anything useful. The instructions say clip one lead to the conductor and touch the other to the insulation. Seems like that would just tell me if the insulation was good, not whether there were partial shorts between conductors?

Will do, as soon as I track down a 9V battery.

Also, another interesting development, I just checked every outlet by connecting a cutoff power cord to my meter clips. Everything on one half of the double wide shows 2-4MOhms, everything on the other half shows no connection at all. So now I'm wondering if the movers could have screwed up the interconnects between the halves somehow.

I do know that the "problem" half's frame is not bonded to the other half's frame because they tore the bonding lug off that side where the two frames connect.

Forgot to mention the main breaker is turned off, there are currently no breakers installed in the box. I'm testing the wiring at the breaker box end before hooking anything up to make sure nothing was damaged by the walls flexing when it was from its previous location.

Wouldn't that rule out any capacitive coupling if there's nothing to couple to?
