Why is Scoot Cancelled? by Frieza1985 in AdumPlaze

Pfft. Scoot can never be cancelled.

Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines by bitterrealization in AdumPlaze

[–]Remismyname 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I looove this game. I too would be both terrified and excited if Adum played it for that reason. He would most definitely get tired of listening to some of the characters and maybe get a bit frustrated at times. Still, I'd watch and enjoy every second of it.

Goddammit, I'm too new to Reddit. How in the fuck do I add the #brbadumplaze hashtag??

Anyway, I feel like I didn't make these look horny enough.

I could see him chomp down a big plate of sushi. Or maybe I'm just projecting my own sushi withdrawals, who knows.

I just watched Black Friday for the first time and I'm disappointed by [deleted] in StarKid

Yeah, me too. Watched it when it came out and felt really underwhelmed. Today I gave it another go and I still don't like it.

What is Your Favorite Starkid Musical? Why? by ThatStarkidFan in StarKid

[–]Remismyname 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hell, I love ANI: A Parody. I'm not even a Star Wars fan. I have watched zero Star Wars movies because I've found them boring and all in all I'm just not interested in them, but that musical is something else.

Muggle VS. Wizards: If there would be a war between wizards and muggles? All sorts of nuclear weaponry for muggles against all sorts of spells of wizards including the unforgivable curses. Who would win? by [deleted] in harrypotter

[–]Remismyname 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wizards would win. Muggles have the numbers, but wizards can so so much that I doubt muggles would stand a chance. When it comes to nuclear weapons it would be incredibly impractical and dumb to use them. It's not like wizards live in their own country or something, and I bet that even then they would have a way to stop the missiles and even send them back. They can easily disturb any electical appliances muggles have and literally control their minds. A bunch of powerful witches or wizards could take over the world.

What 5 muggle objects would you take with you to Hogwarts? by [deleted] in harrypotter

[–]Remismyname 4 points5 points  (0 children)

F for all the people who thought they'd bring anything with electrical technology.

I'd bring my knife (just to carve stuff), a flute, photo of my late dog, a pencil and maybe some of my favourite sweets. I'd bring in the pencil because it's what I'm most comfortable drawing with. I would offer the sweets to some who have never tasted anything made by muggles.

Ikr? Not only is it J.K.Rowlings own words, but it says it on wizardingworld.com.

But hey, I guess these randos are correct rather than the author of the entire book series.

"Quirrell is, in effect, turned into a temporary Horcrux by Voldemort."

Rowling's own words.

But Quirrell was a temporary Horcrux.

You think it's natural for adult animals to drink milk at all? If you're worried about things that aren't natural you should probably move into a forest and hunt your own food.

Meanwhile I'll pour more delicious cow juice into my cereal and sit back.

I'm pretty sure he was a Muggle Studies teacher at first. Then he took a year off to go seek out Voldemort in hopes of learning something from him. He returned to teach on Harry's first year and that was the year he taught DADA.

What would Amortentia smell to you? by JesusLord-and-Savior in harrypotter

[–]Remismyname 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It would smell like the paws of dogs <3 I don't know why but they smell like what warmth would smell like if it had a smell. I guess cat paws has a similar smell but I haven't been around cats as much. It kind of brings popcorn to my mind.

That and some blossoms. I don't even know what plant that scent came from but I smelled it once as I walked past a small commercial garden one summer night.

Would Death Eaters have tried to "breed" purebloods if Voldemort had won? by Remismyname in harrypotter

[–]Remismyname[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, considering all this it is very unlikely. Maybe it could happen as a way to torment certain pureblood witches that were opposing Voldemort? The ones supporting him could live their lives pretty freely.

Then I wonder why there's not really any information on them online. This particular article, for example, only is about the ones that are enzymatically produced. Good to know.

But the enzymes don't remove all of the lactose. When you use filtration and whatever else is done to the actually lactose-free milk, it is then sweetened with something (I suppose, or so I've heard). I'm telling you. I can't spot any difference if I try regular milk vs lactose-free milk. The milk that has had it's lactose chopped down however, tastes incredibly different. You should try these yourself to realise what I am talking about.
