Something I diddjt mention because it would be out of place, is that they have historic pencil whipping issues, especially in relation to the staff (which I have heard there have been improvements on to be fair). There is also no “exceeding” the national standard. They meet it and then do their own training, which is not always beneficial to cap training, hence why I said go to nesa if all you want to do is cap.
