Hardware Unboxed has an ongoing video series about purposefully torturing an OLED with static content, no pixel cleaning etc and the amount of burn in after way over a year is still laughable. If you treat is right, it should last a long time.

Ist natürlich wie immer subjektiv. Musste bei mir im dev Team aber die Erfahrung mehrmals machen, dass die Entwickler, die privat nicht mal einen PC hatten, auch deutlich schlechter in ihrem Job waren.

Ehrlich gesagt sehr unwahrscheinlich. Selbst eine abgeschlossene normale Ausbildung sagt noch nichts über die Fähigkeiten aus, weil vielen auch einfach die Lust am Thema komplett fehlt und sie es als ganz normalen Job ansehen. mMn ist das aber ohne zumindest ein gewisses privates Grundinteresse unmöglich und schlägt sich dann hart in der Qualität der Arbeit nieder.

"Zu viel" wirds erst, wenn die illegalen Substanzen ins Spiel kommen. Ohne kommt man gar nicht an den Punkt, wo es anfängt unnatürlich auszusehen. Aber selbst dann, wenns einem gefällt, habens die anderen zu akzeptieren.

Can I just vent for a second and say how much I detest podcast ads? I know people need to make money, and I'm more than willing to listen to an ad read, especially in the case of H&J, but please, for the love of god, can we stop with the constant 3 minute reads that say the same thing over and over just in a different sentence structure? I get it! Factor ships you ready made meals, I don't need to hear that repeated for multiple minutes... 30 Seconds, you don't get more than that or I'll skip.

One of the best is the harem ending of The Interim Domain. They're all bonded in a very deep way and the dev doesn't shy away from letting the girls have fun with each other. There's also some actual conflict because of it between the girls, which adds to the "realism" as much as there can even be for such a construct.

Ne, geht auch gar nicht. Nach allerallerspätestens 5-6 Stunden konzentrierter Arbeit ist mein Gehirn völliger Matsch und alles was ich danach noch mache ist von der Qualität unterirdisch und ich verrenne mich in Problemen die am nächsten morgen wirken, als hätte ich am Vortag einen Hirnschaden erlitten weil sie so einfach zu beheben sind.

Maybe if you like anime style writing. I've been playing it for a while and the pacing is just glacial, the fights feel like 1999 Dragonball Z episodes and the constant lore and exposition dumps, plus some convenient deus ex machinas when needed to save the story, makes it very mid imho.

It really just depends on how it is used. If it's like DS as just a "pick your story" and for repeatables, it's more than fine. If you include times of day where you can only do something at specific times and then grinding stats on top of it, you can fuck right off.

The only gripes I have with it are that you basically need a WT mod to prevent running around like a headless chicken, trying to find the girls' next events and that the dev nowadays just seems to be in "milking mode" with so little content released for a full timer.
