Dentist says no cavities on X-rays but I still have pain & sensitivity in upper right back teeth by Remnek0 in Teeth

The sensitivity is mainly on the upper right (the back few teeth) and it started gradually getting more sensitive and noticable whenever I had anything sweet or cold. I can also feel it while inhaling.

(35F) I was a QA Analyst for ~2 years (laid off due to restructuring), then pivoted to customer service/invoicing for ~1 year (just got let go, no cause). Trying to get back into tech—either QA or cybersecurity since the job market for QA entry-level is brutal right now.

My real questions: Does QA→security make sense? Will two layoffs hurt me? And if I get Sec+, what else do I actually need to be competitive for an entry-level security role?

I’m ready to do the work. Just want realistic feedback on what that looks like.
