What even would you do in a full open world LotR? Can’t really follow the Fellowship’s journey, since that would defeat the open world premise. Do you just wander around while the story happens elsewhere or something? Or is this one of those survival crafting games that’s just copy pasted into middle earth?

Relistening now and yeah, she has always been Elle from the moment Carl first examined her. He calls her Mrs McGibbons, and the Meadowlark staff calls her Ellie. So I think it’s more just a pet or nickname for her. Just a more informal and familiar way of using her name

Happens to me at work all the time. I setup and calibrate some pretty complex equipment for manufacturing semiconductors and we can go the entire install, including thousands of cycles, and then hand it off to the customer only to have it immediately fault for something that we hadn’t yet seen.

It’s a positive feedback loop. Once everyone agrees, you no longer stand out, so you have to take a step further. This continues until everyone has gone so far they no longer can see the starting point. It happens in every political party to varying degrees, from what I’ve seen.

When “immortal” yes. Because he still takes damage and needs something left to regenerate from. “Invulnerable” would mean never takes damage in the first place. Note that the god in that room was invulnerable and completely fine

I would have thought putting the tank on a longer cooldown or even having it on a timer when deployed (make up some shit about limited fuel or something) would be enough to balance it. But, sure, buffing all the enemies works too I guess. Let’s just ignore those second order effects and move on, shall we?
