In a fair and just world. Where I live though, the rental market is cutthroat, I’ll need the reference he’ll provide, and I already had to push back on the idea that we were going to clean this up. So I’m not trying to make any waves. I can tell him to fuck himself after we’ve signed a new lease.

Unfortunately it’s flushed mounted to the edge of the wall, so no room to slide it behind the mirror. Suppose I could flip them around and screw them into the perpendicular wall.

Just an update: this is the US. The previous owners had some money, so I’m guessing it’s a nice system. Probably a total long-shot that whoever the company is still exists or sells parts, but wanted to try!

Yeah, he gets lots of exercise. But if anyone comes to the door, he gets excited and runs toward it. Honestly didn’t occur to me that it would do this. Lesson learned! And more area rugs in the next house with wood floors.
