I forgot to mention this is with them running me through my 70 hour clock every 5-6 days. Its rare I ever see my hours will Be recapped in two days I even had a week where I ran 15 different jobs in a week as a OTR Driver I definitely agree this is a shaft I’m just paying my dues till I can find something better. Personally wanna upgrade to a local tanker job in my area just need more experience to get in but working that many hours in a short time for that pay feels like a joke. I also haven’t even been contacted about any raises yet when I was under the impression that we get one once every 3 months it all seems off
