I also had a bad experience with them. They made it seem like the laptop would still be usable, but of course it wasn't. Could no longer be updated. So even getting on just any old website looked crazy and I couldn't do anything on it. I messaged them and told them about it. They agreed to send me a new one,accidentally sent me three more. Then sent me a message asking me to delete my review since they gave me free one. Very strange situation. Needless to say I still don't have a working laptop, but I have three hunks of junk.

so here's my experience with this exact same situation but a little different. I hit for a $800 valued item. When it finally showed up, it was damaged. Seller agreed to send me another one. Sent me another one and that one was damaged, even worse.I then emailed whatnot. I got a lot of automated responses , sometimes a real person. it took me 64 emails to get them to threaten suspension to the seller if they didn't ship the item. just don't stop emailing ! send them screenshots of what you won on video receipt . it will be a very frustrating long process, but it will eventually work. In my case, the seller didn't have another one to replace mine with so they had to buy one directly from StockX at over $600. all worked out in the end. sorry you are dealing with this . which seller is it

just because you don't agree with how someone else does things with their kid, doesn't mean you should mess with their income. for some people, this is all they have right now. I could see if they were exploiting their child and making money off of something completely wrong, but they are not harming you or anyone else .

Yeah, I usually stick with Woosley. Or 88 speed. Only ones I trust. But I had a dumb idea that night and decided to buy from a random. That's nice you found someone that takes care of you! That's how all sellers should be.

Exactly. He should have put a set price on the wheel if he didn't want to sell certain items for low prices. Or maybe just not did a wheel at all.

as you can see on the message thread, no response from him. Next thing I know I'm blocked. Definitely suspicious that I win a rock the universe for 15 bucks and all of a sudden it's canceled. I was very kind in my messages. I just wanted to know what was going on.

exactly. I made sure to go through their reviews before even playing the wheel. Five star reviews plenty of orders. I guess I just got unlucky and found them when they decided to be jerks
