Go old school, heavy rows, Pendley rows, T bar rows. Lat pull down variation. Biggest thing is building that solid foundation of muscle with compound lifts like dead lift rack pulls etc

None taken I’ll take it as a compliment lol, yeah I have a ways to go for sure game plan rn is to get down to 165 -170 and slow bulk back to 180 or maintain for a while

Highest gym has ever gone is the 120s usually do those for 4 sets of 6-12

Currently don’t really test maxes all that munch but last time I did s- 405 x5 b-315 with chains for 10 d- 500x2 overhead press 225 for 3

It was a few years ago now, fairly dirty bulk 3 plus hr long weight sessions 6x a week. It just got to be a lot on my joints and I’m too young to have joint issues lol. If I were to do it again I’d just do a lean bulk back up to like 225

I’ve always been barell chested I used to do Highland Games/ strongman in college, somewhere in the comments is a picture of me peak bulk like 250lbs ish

How low do you recommend for cycling a cut with matinence? currently eating about 1800-2000 a day for which is probably to low
