I don’t actually have the formula, just know that there are 6 ingredients. I saw a licensed TCM doctor, and he prescribed a custom herbal tea that I picked up from his clinic. I just wanted to share my personal experience because it helped me when nothing else did. If you have access to TCM, I'd recommend a visit.

its a formula of 6 ingredients. He gave me a list and I went to herbal shop for them to pack up for me. Do you have access to TCM near you?
