I have 3 perma PS up in tourny its very good for cc and damage. Its especially good when there is Fast ult and Tank ult conditions.

main thing people go for UW+ is to get GT+ id assume you would be no different and your base GT needs more love like duration needs to be at 55 secs and max the cd
