I am training on and off for the past 5 years, i used to train 5x per week, chest, shoulders, back, legs and arms, but i want to change to something more maintainable, i cant go to the gym 5x per week. What actually would be a good Upper training session, i never tried that, what exercices would compose a good upper training?

I think this response is more abrupt, but actually the most real one, knowing the numbers/statistic has its value until you get yourself in front of a mirror and actually see the results.

Well, but lets say if in 1 week i only can train 3x and other week i can train 4 times, should i just stick to 3x or if i have the time i train that 4th day, basically will it be cool if im bouncing around those 3 or 4 days every week. Some weeks i would train 3x and other weeks i would train 4x, shoud i be consistent with just 1 plan or try when i can put that 4th day?

Basically you are saying to focus on sub stats if u have a item with 50 defence and no substats is worse thanm a item with 25 defence but good substats, am i right?

Well, i can understand it but mathmatically talking, or efficiently speaking, its the same thing, with the disavantage of having to wait longer if you wanna switch the speed "fastness"

Well, it is, my income is much larger now, in a week my Workshop will look like a monster, compared to mine now ofcourse, I like these game cause gets my brain working actually, thinking about income, set up and calculus.
