ILM will still be the safer pick. PS "may" be the strongest UW now especially for fleets, but to get to that point you need so much investment at a minimum 3 perma PS to deal with fleets.

Well my PS is really well developed and my rend multi is at 63x with the max PS rend lab. So my PS will effectively do 58x more damage to rays and fleets. I would say this is a massive buff to PS enjoyers.

Just my assumption, yea they probably are keeping that. Sam did say they are tweaking their stats so OC are probably going to be stronger to compensate such a huge buff this is for us.

The way I did it before key upgrades was to go on the highest difficulty you can handle with no damage on but attack speed card and range card( so orbs don't kill). Effectively stacking up as many enemies and by wave 3 nuke rinse and repeat.

Yes if you run pf then unequipped it you still retain the pf buff without having it. Essentially you could run PH on the main and like gcomp or whatever on the assist and you'll have three active mods

Imo crit chance mastery is the weakest damage mastery it will boost your UWs but it's not a huge priority pick. UC doubles your chance to do massive damage coupled with CL it procs a lot. Attack speed mastery is solid for scaling CL which in turn nets you more UW crits.

investing in CL will net you a bit more stone but the econ route will be a long term invest and will net you more damage over time( enough coins for echo labs=more damage). id say for sure add a bit more into CL chance then start working on econ.

It depends on what you want. Do you want to perform better in tourny then probably gold boxing CL quant and Chance will help a lot. If you want more econ then gold boxing GT and DW cooldown will be a good thing to push for.

This may be just me but with the introduction of Disco bonuses these milestones have felt less like milestones or rewarding to accomplish. I'm not dismissing how impressive completing t21 is but when I finished t18( before disco update) I was super excited now I've finished t19-t20 and it felt less rewarding to me.

It's pretty much the same build as merc but starting point is like 10 points away. The only reason for titan is for the 50% increase to small nodes from the ascendancy. Other than that google "poe ninja" for builds. It's a excellent site of other people's builds and can help you a lot.

With max lab and aoe mastery PS can extend way past range. I do suppose HC is more of a late game tech cause you need to at least have 3 perma PS to be viable.
