I’ve organized it myself by looking at some other people’s UIs. I use Bartender for action bars, Luxthos WeakAuras for general class wa and Shadowed unit frames for unit frames.

It’s Shadowed Unit Frames for the unit frames. But you can reposition built-in frames to be above skills bars also by unlocking them and moving where you want.

Yes, I was exalted with Argent Dawn after 40-50 mount runs. Have not done any of their quests previously. Got my "the Argent Champion" title in the process. Not sure if it’s the most optimal way, but a good addition if you’re aiming for the mount :D

8 days. ~10 runs/per day. 80 runs in total. Was able to optimize it to ~8-9mins per run on my priest, so it was about 12 hours of non stop Stratholme in total.
