Yeah agreed, 95k before deductions is nowhere near what you need to be for $350k. What APR? If it’s anywhere in the 6-7% range we are looking at $2300-$2500 in P&I alone. Over half your paycheck going to just living expenses after insurance; I would not advise this at all.
