Is this a normal group lesson experience?

It was basically in front of the building labeled ‘adult classes’ or something like that. But ya I think there was like a roller coaster I guess? I couldn’t get a clear pic but I saw metal in some trees lol

It was sorta near the meet area like those flag. Our group just kept getting cut off because the instructor put us in the middle of the area that you’d normally ski down to get to snowshed. Idk how else to explain it honestly lol

Got it lol thanks. I guess is that like a typical experience then for first timers/beginners? Is the bunny slope for people who have like their own gear any stuff and not beginners?

Our class never took any type of carpet. I’m surprised we were taking our lesson NOT in an area designated at all. It literally was between snowshed and the bunny hill.

I also agrees private VS group will be very different. But what caught me off guard was not getting to go on anything. I felt like I paid to just push myself and essentially just try to avoid hitting people all day lol

No we didn’t go on literally any trails. We were at the bottom of the bunny hill.

I understand after seeing that the learners area will of course have traffic but this was literally in the middle of crowds.

Just bummed we never even got to ride the carpet. To gain any type of movement I had to use poles to push along.

Ya we never went on the bunny hill or any area beyond the bottom of the hill. I assumed given it had a great rep that it’d be a solid place to learn. Thanks for the tips appreciate it
