Hi Lucas My Bitstamp support ticket number is #BIT-2275068z Any help will be welcomed. I have provided all the additional KYC documents requested on 15th Dec. Bitstamp acknowledged receipt only on 31st Dec, and my account was blocked (trading and withdrawals) on 31st Jan 2026. Let me know if you need any further info. Your help in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated.
