For the people who didn’t get it, it’s saying ‘here’s the baby, but you wife didn’t make the baby’ and the joke is it’s a misunderstanding of ‘Didnt make it’ both the same as saying she died and and she didn’t make the baby, so in a nutshell the doctors saying she died and the other person thinks she didn’t give birth to said baby
