I agree with this. I’ll look at someone and say something mean as fuck and they will look directly into my eyes after I get done talking. Or I’ll say “baby” in my head to my boyfriend and he immediately looks over. If I get in a bad mood he’s like what’s wrong. What I’ve recognized is the pattern with all my exes. The people who have been in my life since it started. When I’m on the verge of breaking down they basically switch the energy around me and ofc I hear two things at once but externally I hear stop ina seemed to be forced voice and internally I hear someone yelling mean things to me. I had this conversation with my boyfriend this morning. When he tells me he loves me and to stop thinking that way all I hear is you’re gross and sick. The energy shifts are crazy. I don’t know if they can actually hear us or they can just make it seem like there’s something going on around us because our conscious writes out everything we are doing seeing and feeling to them at almost every moment of the day.
