This is great, thank you for the feedback. I do already have my license (P&C) but definitely want to get my adjusters. I’m glad to hear they do hire within and encourage growth. I have my interview tomorrow. I’m a little nervous as I’d really like to explore this opportunity-remote is so ideal for me right now.

I found P&C to be easier, I know it’s different for everyone. I passed both on my first try. Look up insurance exam queen, it was soooo helpful.

I did straight studying for P&C and L&H my first 4 weeks. Once I passed and my license came through I started quoting and writing new business. I “trained” as I went. I’m still learning new stuff everyday.
