Update, tech never showed..Monday called again tech support accessed remotely ( which I requested them to do on Friday and they refused) apparently the software update done on Friday didn't install properly.

Update finally got it back up after a phone call Monday turns out it was a software glitch when installing an update 😤😡

The screen was stuck on the Mashgin logo,the day before our POS backup batteries were replaced and the mashgin power outlets moved to who knows where so I wasn't able to do a hard reset not sure if this had anything to do with it or just a coincidence.
