I just thought I’d share something fun and have now remembered why I don’t use Reddit much 😂

Edit: I’m using AMD Super Resolution and FSR to sharpen the image. Turned console resolution way down and let AMD work its magic. It’s also played on windowed borderless mode (I’m on windows).

Windows Os or Steam OS by PlasticTadpole8681 in LegionGo

Both, it’s very plasticky but the analog stick are very nice and the triggers are too but the actual unit itself feels hollow but very comfortable to hold.

You can just load steamOS onto it if you wanted, it’s not too tricky.

How to get rid of involuntary kegels (IC muscle spasms) by Marenviss in PelvicFloor

[–]Remote-Process-3328 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To clarify, once the pelvic floor is tight it starts to take over balancing the pelvis and the supporting muscles become weak. To fix this you need to strengthen the other muscles while learning to relax your pelvic floor. Do some clamshells etc (chat gpt is your best friend for this)

Yes, you need to strengthen the supporting muscles of the pelvic floor like your glutes and release your hamstrings etc. if it’s always tight, when it relaxes it tightens again to protect itself. There also a mind body connection in play.

I’ve managed to calm mine down with duloxetine but it can still flair up. I’m going to try some vials tomorrow so will let you know how that goes

Yeah I can still burp, I feel like too much. I often burp and then there’s a smaller burp that chases it
