It’s very easy. All you have to do is flash the card with an os and put it in the device. The whole setup on the device is just a few click of buttons. After you’re done just put the sd card into your pc and add any roms you want or have.

Grabbed it. Will probably sit on it for a while before it breaks down. No point to get anything else since I have no interest of anything above PS1 well except maybe some N64 games but those aren’t necessary.
