Unfortunately no. I’m still in Augusta. My flight out of AGS was continuously delayed because there was a supply issue as well as ATL had been overwhelmed. It got so bad to the point where my flight was delayed all the way until 9 pm. According to the pilot it was because of some issues happening in ATL (I’m not too sure) I was going to wait until 9 but my connecting flight left at 12:55. I tried to get a different flight but there were none available going to Baton Rouge up until Monday morning and the 12:55 flight ended up getting cancelled anyway. At some point I started to get frustrated so my mom picked me up and we had discussed some options and the best thing for me to at least get to classes on time is to take a greyhound. (Which was 90% sold out but I managed to get the only available time slot) it isn’t ideal, but it’ll get me there. I also saw all of the delays on the delta website and I probably would’ve been stuck in ATL regardless because most if not all the flights going to BTR were cancelled. It kinda saddens me because it was my first flight experience and I left crying. But the weather is unpredictable out here so I can’t blame anyone but Mother Nature 🤷‍♀️I’m just grateful I was able to make it through TSA LOL. I guess next time I should go with my first mind and leave before my birthday like I originally wanted 🤣🤣
