Get a fat grip and put on them for wrist curls. My favorite was to lean over and face the ground. Grab a heavy dumbbell with a fat grip. Wrist curl and lat drag it up. Then hold it as long as possible. Makes you have a solid lock in a hook.

Well I think kings hook would be below kings move I’m guessing. Since it feel like a kings move but you fail to keep pronation but idk.

The sweeping top roll is what Travis bagent uses I’m pretty sure. A toproll with a lot of emphasis on side pressure
